Howard has been successful in the corporate, financial, and education sectors for over 20 years. He graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelors in Business. Howard has experience working in suburban schools, Youngstown Public School system and currently in the Columbus Public School system. 

He is also an entrepreneur who has developed and created successful companies past and present. Howard is a motivational speaker, inventor and developer of a new product, and aspiring author. He has won many professional awards for his accomplishments over his career-including being named “Who’s Who in America”.

Howard loves business and all facets of entrepreneurship. He is also passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. He loves to educate others about entrepreneurship and fitness. Howard loves to encourage and inspire youth to walk in their greatness. Howard served in a mentorship program focused on improving the lives of young men. He has a heart of compassion and loves to give.

Howard was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio by his loving & supportive father who is a Vietnam Veteran with the U.S. Army. During his time as a student in the Columbus Public School system, he became known as a gifted athlete for his skills in football and track- and won many awards. He continued his athletic success at Independence High School and then later with higher levels of success also excelled in college, attending a D1 University. Howard is a loving father of young adult twin-girls. He recently welcomed his first grandchild. To Howard, family means everything and they are his greatest accomplishments - they are his world and biggest motivation.
